Art of Drainage Services have been operating in the drain cleaning, repairing and unblocking industry for many years, to be exact over 35 years in the business. Our company is professional, excellent value for money and reliable and our drainage engineers are experienced and are well-trained experts in this field of endeavour. Throughout the historic city of Coventry and beyond we have been helping our clients in the domestic and commercial sectors with all types of drainage problems and we have many happy clients who kindly left us some good reviews about the service they experienced. To read about this, then please go to our review page or you can read about some of the clients we have and in the past.
There is nothing that will surprise us now when it comes to clearing and repairing drains and we possess fully equipped vans, vacuum tankers and able personnel to take on any situation that comes our way. Our training and excellent experience, mean we can adapt to any problem or request our clients may have e.g. retrieving a really valuable ring in terms of monetary and sentimental value that was lost done the local drainage system.
The main drainage services that we provide include:
One of the most common problems that we are involved in on a day to day basis is that of drains being unable to be used due to a severe blockage and this needs to be addressed before any further problems can occur, for example the drains backing up and starting to spread that awful smell throughout the whole building that is affected, which in the case of a restaurant of bar could disastrous for business in terms of revenue and long-term reputation.
Generally only waste water, toilet paper or organic human waste material should go down the sink, bath, shower or toilet and anything else should be disposed of properly in the bin. There is a believe amongst some that baby/wet wipes, sanitary products and hand towels can also be put down for example the toilet, but this is where the problem arises and blockages to the drainage system can occur. There can be a misconception that it is ok to flush some of these products as they can be labelled disposable or bio-degradable and by doing so add to the growing problem of blocked drains throughout the country and the need to call us in to clear the problem and have the drainage system back to normal operation in next to no time.
Another cause of blocked drains is how we dispose fat, oil and food residue and we feel it can be ok to put them done the sink when we have no need for them and here lies the problem as they solidify and completely block the waste pipes and again we can be called to save the day!
One of the best methods to find out what is wrong with the drainage system in question is to do a drain survey with an HD CCTV camera that is sent down into the drain to check out initially what the problem is. Drain surveys will provide a non-invasive way to check the overall state of the drain and how well it is operating. The camera gives us a full visual view of the drainage system to fully check its condition and can gives us invaluable information on what is going on and if more drastic measures are needed to remedy the situation. Our full colour reports will show the general condition of the drain and the location of junctions and connections, the report will also convey recommendations and costings for any required works that need to be done to clear or repair the issue and if the client is buying a new home this can be invaluable when negotiating the cost of the purchase and to see if there could be any hidden problems later down the line.
We know that time can be of the essence in a drainage emergency and our experienced phone operators are on-hand via Call Us 0800 048 4534 to handle our client's enquiries and guide them on what would be the best solution to their problem and our highly-skilled drainage engineers can be on-site to review the situation in next to no time to fix the problem and get the drains back to normal operation without affecting the business.
